Bug Fixes in 3.6.9 | |
SYN-2598 | An issue was discovered that prevented emails from being sent when using Microsoft Outlook for Mac to send emails and the same mailbox was open in Outlook for Windows with Repstor. A workaround for this Microsoft Outlook for Mac issue is available now by disabling the Send and File feature. Contact support@repstor.com for more information. |
SYN-2599 | An issue was resolved when renaming emails in SharePoint that caused the email to revert to the default content type and the Subject property to be reset. |
SYN-2604 | When copying the Repstor affinity OfflineStore.db file between environments the cfg file no longer needs to be updated to reflect the destination directory path. |
SYN-2605 | An option was added when renaming emails to automatically rename the emails subject. |
Bug Fixes in 3.6.8 | |
SYN-2266 | An issue was resolved in Repstor affinity for some versions of Microsoft Office which caused randomly named folders to be created in non mailbox stores when used with Repstor affinity. |
SYN-2528 | An issue was resolved which could cause renaming a folder to fail to sync to the server. This could happen when under specific conditions when renaming a SharePoint folder or syncing folders using multiple repository plugins. |
SYN-2506 | The incorrect content type was being displayed in the properties dialogs when two content types were named similarly. |
SYN-2513 | An issue was resolved which could cause sent emails to stay in the Outbox if the Outbox was being viewed. |
SYN-2514 | An issue was resolved which could cause Outlook 2010 to fail to update the preview when an item sync'd until it had been manually reselected in Outlook. |
SYN-2516 | An issue was resolved which if using the Online Only syncing option would cause newly downloaded folders to not be included in background syncing until Outlook was restarted. |
SYN-2520 | Repstor affinity list view columns are now displayed with the correct widths for users with high DPI screens. |
SYN-2530 | A very rare Repstor affinity issue was resolved which could prevent saving documents from Word to Repstor affinity. |
Bug Fixes in 3.6.7 | |
SYN-2502 | SharePoint managed metadata values are now cached globally rather than per repository which reduces the amount of SharePoint API requests to keep the metadata values up to date. |
Bug Fixes in 3.6.6 | |
SYN-2416 | An issue was resolved when copying text from the reading pane into forms controls in the Custodian popup dialogs. |
SYN-2490 | Custodian matters in Repstor affinity will now be shown under each shared users section as well as the current users matters. Previously a matter would only be displayed once in Repstor affinity. |
Bug Fixes in 3.6.5 | |
SYN-2462 | Email recipients will no longer be duplicated when a header item is downloaded. |
SYN-2465 | Meridio: When uploading a changed document and the doc is locked to a different user, a User Permission error will be displayed on the document. If the user with the lock checks in a change then when the error doc is next synced a conflict will be detected and the conflict resolution form displayed. |
SYN-2468 | An issue was resolved when merging and viewing the remote version of a conflict document. |
SYN-2467 | An issue was resolved when saving documents with the Reindex Folders button enabled. |
Bug Fixes in 3.6.4 | |

SYN-2464 | HighQ repositories can now be exported and imported correctly. |
Bug Fixes in 3.6.3 | |
SYN-2422 | It is now possible to use
the Repstor protocol handler to define the name of newly added repositories
in addition to their locations, parent folders etc. The format for this is: stssync://roam/add=:::<FilterName>:::<Filter Location>:::<Repository Name>:::<Colon separated parent hierarchy> for example: stssync://roam/add=:::SharePoint:::https://server/doclib:::display name:::ParentGroups:subparentgroup |
SYN-2437 | In previous releases email
fields (to, BCC CC etc) were not added to the Outlook view if configured
within a SharePoint view. The Outlook view was left as the standard
"compact" view. Now affinity will add the To field if it is
configured in the SharePoint view. You can configure what fields are
displayed by adding a string configuration for: EmailFieldsAllowedInViewCSV. This should be set to the comma separated internal field names for any fields which should be displayed (e.g. ows-To,ows-BCC) |
SYN-2428 | When WorkSite incremental synchronisation is enabled, child folders deleted on the server will be deleted on the next synchronisation without having to wait for the next full sync. |
Bug Fixes in 3.6.2 | |
SYN-2425 | Repstor affinity specific context menus are now available on all Repstor documents including FileShare documents. |
SYN-2426 | An issue was resolved which prevented My Matters changes from being automatically reflected in Repstor affinity when the My Matters dialog was closed. |
SYN-2427 | An issue was resolved which prevented the Include in Training attribute from being read correctly from Central Repository Lists entries. |
New Features in 3.6.1 | |
SYN-2410 | It is now possible to configure the luggage tag functionality so the user has to select an explicit quick file button before incoming emails with tags are actually filed. If an incoming email has an identified luggage tag, a Quick File to Tag button is enabled. If the user clicks the button, then the email is filed directly to the folder related to the luggage tag. The button respects the move/copy settings for the normal quick file. This setting is enabled by the ROAM.QuickFileLuggageTags setting (DWORD32 set to 1) in combination with the standard luggage tag configuration. You can also set ROAM.QuickFileLuggageTagsShowButton setting, which can be used to hide the new button. The standard Quick File functionality will automatically search for the luggage tag when selected, and can be used as an alternative means of filing to the luggage tag. |
SYN-2335 | Repstor affinity can now be configured to automatically populate the SharePoint title from a newly added document filename if there is no Title property on the document. |
SYN-2408 | If the "ROAM.OverrideOfficeSaveAsUI" DWORD setting is enabled Repstor affinity prompts to save Office documents locally or to Repstor affinity when clicking F12. Support was added to just save to Repstor affinity when the F12 button is pressed without offering to save locally. Enable DWORD setting "ROAM.OverrideOfficeSaveAsUI.ForceSaveToRepstor" to not offer to save locally. |
SYN-2404 | A new Launch utility is available that will allow non-Repstor users to request the creation of a custodian matter. Please contact Repstor support for more details. |
SYN-2370 | When Repstor affinity synchronizes Office 365 Unified Groups it can now be configured to sync all the lists and document libraries for the Unified Group site in SharePoint. |
SYN-2172 | When adding items to Meridio, emails are now added as a major version and documents are added as a minor version. Records are always added as a major version. |
SYN-2117 | Support was added to make the Meridio Document Id and Version Id available to third party Office addins when viewing or editing Meridio documents. |
Bug Fixes in 3.6.1 | |
SYN-1877 | Clicking Save on a properties form will no longer clear the saved values in the form. |
SYN-1821 | Large FileShare items (bigger than 50 MB) will now appear as headers in the repository. Previously large items were not visible in the repository folder. |
SYN-2398 | An issue was resolved when Quick Filing to an online repository with required properties that the user was not prompted for the required properties. |
SYN-2155 | An issue was resolved which caused two copies of a document to be launched if the user double clicked the Edit button. |
SYN-2415 | When a task list is synced the views will now be synced as well. The filter part of the view will not sync. |
SYN-2378 | There was an issue where dragging a read only file in one repository to a repository with required properties did not allow you to set the required properties. |
SYN-2411 | An issue was resolved when syncing a SharePoint site via a link to an aspx page under /SitePages/. |
SYN-2291 | An issue was resolved which allowed items to be dragged to the Repstor affinity top level folder. |
SYN-1954 | A balloon notification will no longer appear for missing folders when balloon notifications are turned off. |
SYN-2310 | The correct icon is now displayed for the "View Document" button in the Repstor ribbon. |
SYN-2399 | Repository installers now all install to the same program directory. |
New Features in 3.6.0 | |
SYN-2211 | Quick File can now file emails and attachments to repository locations that have not been added and synced to Repstor affinity. The Quickfile dialog now includes a “Switch to Online” option, this will switch the user to use the configured Repstor search scope to find matching filing locations on the server. Once one of these online locations is selected and the item filed it is immediately uploaded to the selected location. Create a DWORD "ROAM.ShowOnlineFileButton" with the value 1 to enable this feature. |
SYN-2298 | A new Clear Cache button can be enabled via configuration to expire all Repstor affinity folder content immediately. |
SYN-2319 | Support has been added to synchronise a folder while ignoring any subfolders. |

SYN-2322 | Background sync can be
configured to only sync folder structure not content if a DWORD
ROAM.BackgroundSyncSubFoldersOnly is set to 1. If this setting is enabled and DWORD ROAM.NumSyncsBackgroundSyncSubFoldersOnly is set to > 0, then after this number of background folder only syncs the next sync will do a full content sync. |
SYN-2387 | A new extension has been added to allow custom luggage tag handling. The RepstorExt_GetAutoFileFolderForNewMessage() extension can return a folder where the new message should be filed. |
SYN-2210 | Repstor affinity now provides a way to relate a SharePoint parent document or email with child items in the same or a different SharePoint folder. This feature depends on the Related Items column being available for the list items. Contact support for steps to enable this feature. |
SYN-2334 | The setting to automatically prompt to Quick File when sending emails was added to the Options | Assist tab. |
SYN-2216 | SharePoint document and version ids will now be displayed in Repstor affinity when available. |

SYN-2388 | Repstor affinity can now be configured to send diagnostics to a custom email address rather than support@repstor.com. |
Bug fixes in 3.6.0 | |
SYN-2283 | Expired folders will now synchronise changes to sub folders but will not synchronise document changes from the server. |
SYN-2266 | Repstor affinity now includes a workaround for an issue in Microsoft Office 2013 64 bit which caused randomly named folders to be created in PSTs when used with Repstor affinity. Contact support for steps to enable the workaround. |
SYN-2264 | An issue was resolved when using Repstor affinity with Microsoft Office 64 bit when applying categories to filed emails. |
SYN-2353 | An issue was resolved that caused InfoPath emails to not be rendered correctly after capturing them in Repstor affinity. |
SYN-2259 | After Repstor license activation Repstor Assist will now automatically start working without restarting Outlook. |
SYN-1784 | Clicking on a deleted folder in a FileShare repository will display a balloon message to say the folder is no longer accessible and the folder is removed from affinity. |
SYN-2294 | Improvements have been made to Repstor affinity to better support working with large Repstor hosted Custodian configurations. These enhancements will be made available to on premise Custodian installations in a later release. |
SYN-2383 | A Quick File Attachments issue was resolved which could prevent attachments from being renamed or used to update a document if the email had inline images. |

New Features in 3.5.3 | |
SYN-2347 | When adding new documents to Repstor affinity via the Add Document menu and an existing document with the same name is found in the same folder a dialog will offer to add the file as a new version or show a comparison if they are Word documents. |
Outstanding Issues | |
Impact: Medium | |
SYN-2326 | When Quick Filing Attachments to a folder with a required field will only show the Properties for the last attachment to fill in the missing value. As a workaround when filing attachments if you choose to "Don't prompt to rename the existing items" the Properties for all items will be displayed. |
SYN-2097 | Repstor's HPRM plugin uses the HPRM ServiceAPI to sync the document and emails. When document content is requested via the ServiceAPI and specific errors occur it can return a success status code but the content returned is the error details. See the Repstor HPRM plugin install documentation for steps to ensure that these errors are not processed as the document content. |
SYN-1983 | An issue with Repstor Drive
can cause Word, Excel and PowerPoint to stop responding if the user has
previously browsed a SharePoint location in the Save As dialog and then
navigates to the "Repstor affinity" network place shortcut in an
Office Save As dialog. This appears to be an issue with Microsoft
Office. To workaround the issue avoid browsing SharePoint locations when using Repstor Drive or alternatively access Repstor Drive locations via the Other Web Locations section of the Save As page. Contact support@repstor.com for more information. |
SYN-1768 | Repstor assist extracts text from PDF files using the locally configured third party component. With some Windows 8 or later 64 bit configurations certain PDF files can cause this training process to hang. To resolve this issue install the most recent Adobe IFilter 64 bit component. http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5542 |
SYN-1687 | Repstor Drive supports a
limited set of characters for the names of Repstor affinity folders and
documents. Names containing % will fail to be displayed correctly in Repstor
Drive and will not be accessible. If the server repository supports other
invisible characters (eg tab, bell, new line) in the filename metadata field
these items may also not be accessible in Repstor Drive. Functionality for names containing the following characters will be limited / \ : * ? " < > | { } # &. The limited items will fail if copy, move, renamed or added via Drive. However existing items in Repstor affinity with this set of characters can be browsed to and edited. |
SYN-1701 | If a document set is configured with shared properties, these properties will be inherited onto contained documents. Currently affinity is not aware of these defaults, so will prompt for missing required properties that would be inherited. However, the correct values are set after a synchronization. To avoid this issue, don't make properties to be inherited from document sets mandatory. |
SYN-1700 | Copies of documents made in the same site will always be the latest version of their source document. If the source document is modified before the copy is synched to the server the modified document may be used for the copy instead of the version of the document when the copy was made. To avoid issues, allow the sync to occur before editing the source or destination document. |
SYN-1627 | On Windows 10 the text in some Repstor notification messages may be truncated. |
SYN-954 | Repstor does not currently support SharePoint standard forms authentication. ADFS authentication is supported. |
SYN-595 | If a large number of items exist within Repstor, or within other message stores, the Outlook "Show In Conversations" can affect overall Outlook performance. This can be avoided by switching off the feature, or setting it to not show messages from other folders. |
SYN-819 | Repstor can appear to hang if while uploading a large number of documents, you remove a different repository. |
SYN-15 | The conflict messages report SharePoint’s internal version numbers when used with SharePoint document libraries which have Checkout required or major/minor versioning enabled. These differ from the user displayed version numbers in SharePoint. |
SYN-340 | When custom lists are synchronized with Rich Text Fields and are displayed in the preview pane, Outlook will move the focus to the rich text field. This stops up/down arrows from working in the Outlook list view. |
SYN-939 | In Outlook 2007 command bar buttons that are too large to be accommodated on the main toolbar can become unclickable. This can be resolved by customizing the command bar and repositioning the buttons. |
SYN-962 | The "Tell me More" links within the Repstor ribbon will display help for Lync. This is a Microsoft issue. The ribbon help should link to information on addins, but has been replaced by the Lync addin. We may workaround this issue in future releases. |
Impact:Low | |
SYN-1940 | An issue in Outlook 2013 can cause older Repstor affinity documents and emails to be hidden when the SyncWindowSetting Outlook Group Policy setting is enabled. This issue was resolved in Outlook 2016. |
SYN-1909 | If you have very many terms in a term set there can be a long delay when editing a SharePoint Managed Metadata property from the TermSet picker. |
SYN-1893 | Converting a Repstor Word document to PDF will fail if the document contains Personally Identifable Information which Repstor affinity can't remove. |
SYN-1819 | For custodian installations when items are copied from one matter to another, the default properties are picked up from the new matter. However, if the matters are in the same site, and server-side copy is configured - the old properties will keep their previous matter values. |
SYN-1805 | In HPRM, If a record type is configured with additional fields, these fields will appear, but have no value is configured in the list or properties pages. A future release will allow these fields to be displayed. |
SYN-1749 | Repstor affinity uses Outlook APIs to save emails as .msg files before upload. These Outlook APIs can fail to save specific large emails with many embedded attached emails. Contact support for steps to workaround the issue. |
SYN-1727 | Repstor Drive is prevented from accessing files larger than 50MB by default based on a Windows Explorer configuration setting. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2668751 for information on how to increase this limit. |
SYN-1699 | Copying and moving items within and between repositories will under certain circumstances not prompt for required properties. Any missing properties can be set after the copy. |
SYN-1698 | When a file share folder is renamed, syncing lower folders will fail until the rename is synced to the file share server. The rename will be propagated when the renamed folder's parent is synced. |
SYN-1693 | Repstor Drive includes a new mechanism for more efficient folder copies and deletions. On 64 bit Windows these Drive folder operations are supported within 64 bit applications like Windows Explorer but not within 32 bit applications. |
SYN-1653 | When adding a SharePoint list or document library the current user needs access to the location and also read access to the parent Team Site. |
SYN-1640 | If copying document headers to a Repstor folder in Outlook or via Repstor Drive and server side copies aren't possible Repstor affinity will try to download the headers during the copy operation. If the headers can't be downloaded within a short time the copy operation will fail. |
SYN-1639 | If a newly created repository folder hasn't synced and is copied to another repository folder a server side folder copy will not be done. |
SYN-1638 | If Repstor Drive is used to copy Repstor affinity parent folders into a Repstor affinity repository server side copies of the underlying folders and documents will not be done. |
SYN-1637 | If an expired folder is copied and server side copies are not available only the folder structure will be copied. If server side copies are available Repstor affinity will attempt to copy the expired documents on the server. |
SYN-1636 | Dragging a folder in Outlook to a specific position higher in the folder view using the horizontal bar to position it will cause a folder with the same name to appear in the moved to folder. This drag and drop issue in Outlook causes the new folder to fail to display its contents. Restart Outlook to remove the new broken folder. |
SYN-1634 | If Repstor affinity has deep folder hierarchies "Open in Explorer" will fail to open the folder in Windows Explorer via Repstor Drive. This problem can be avoided by adding the repository at a lower path in the folder structure. |
SYN-1550 | Copying a document between two folders in Repstor Drive currently doesn't support renaming the document at the same time. |
SYN-1502 | In Outlook 2016 the email preview's toolbar doesn't contain additional Repstor affinity items such as Properties. |
SYN-1459 | The new SharePoint field for selecting people and groups doesn't currently restrict the suggestions to a named group if one is assigned. |
SYN-1444 | The new SharePoint person and group field currently only suggests uniquely named accounts. If there are multiple users or groups with the same display name it will not be possible to select each of them. |
SYN-1439 | In Repstor affinity SharePoint Enterprise Keywords are displayed as read only properties. |
SYN-1425 | When a SharePoint list item is selected Send Link and Copy Link do not generate the correct links. |
SYN-1424 | Email and documents can be added to the top level Repstor affinity folder however these items are not synchronized. |
SYN-1405 | When working with documents via Repstor Drive Windows Explorer can display unhelpful messages. More useful messages will be displayed when possible depending on the operation. |
SYN-1391 | SharePoint terms created in Repstor are not displayed in other locations until an item with the new term as a property value has been synced. |
SYN-1390 | When adding new terms to a SharePoint open termset, the new term can only be added under an already synced term. This prevents term hierarchies from being created quickly in Repstor. |
SYN-1354 | Due to a limitation in the WorkSite SDK it is possible for multiple updates on a document within a second to appear as a single change. Although this is unlikely it could lead to the local WorkSite document being out of date. |
SYN-1334 | It is not currently possible to rename SharePoint list items within Repstor Drive. |
SYN-1269 | When synchronizing SharePoint documents and emails they are the items which match the default view's filter criteria. |
SYN-1231 | SharePoint document shortcuts are not currently supported. |
SYN-1230 | Viewing SharePoint 2013 / SharePoint online record shortcuts requires the Open in Client setting is enabled on the document library. |
SYN-1226 | After activating a license Outlook must be restarted to enable some Repstor functionality. |
SYN-1167 | Currently it is not possible to add SharePoint document library folders which have a "." character in their name as a top level repository in Repstor. |
SYN-1159 | Currently it is not possible to convert Excel or PowerPoint documents directly to PDFs in Repstor. This can be done by saving a PDF in a standard directory and dragging the file into a Repstor folder. |
SYN-1158 | Connect to Outlook fails to add SharePoint Calendars via the standard Outlook functionality. |
SYN-1138 | To add SharePoint
repositories the user requires these permission levels at the Team Site and
Document Library or List level. Use Remote Interfaces - Use SOAP, Web DAV, the Client Object Model or SharePoint Designer interfaces to access the Web site. Use Client Integration Features - Use features which launch client applications. Without this permission, users will have to work on documents locally and upload their changes. |
SYN-1130 | When saving as a new Repstor affinity document the name of the file is incorrectly shown as the original file name in Word |
SYN-1109 | If the Signals add in is being used it will prevent presentation of metadata forms and will impact certain Repstor actions such as preventing saving using Quick File from Word or presentation of metadata forms when mandatory fields are not completed |
SYN-1105 | When copying folders in Repstor if server side copies are not available only the currently synchronized sub folders and documents will be copied to the new location. |
SYN-1035 | Saving a document from Word to an existing Repstor folder which contains a document of the same name will fail if the document in Repstor is currently synchronized as a header. |
SYN-1029 | WorkSite documents that are declared as records will not be deleted by Repstor. The documents will appear to be deleted, but in the next synchronization will reappear. |
SYN-1004 | Adding a new column to a SharePoint view can take a long time to synchronize with the Repstor affinity view. Resynchronizing the entire repository can resolve this issue. |
SYN-971 | If a batch of items is downloaded, but the synchronization is requeued to get the next batch, the status within the folder synchronization can indicate download is complete. It does not show the fact that further downloads are queued. |
SYN-937 | For Repstor assist, incoming messages will not be matched to existing Repstor documents until training has occurred for the first time. |
SYN-929 | Property validation for number fields will not localize the display of number formats. They will be displayed in SharePoint's native format. |
SYN-925 | If Send Link is chosen for an item in a custom (non-document) list, the URL generated will be incorrect. |
SYN-918 | When folders are created within Outlook, they will be created as soon as possible within the target Repository. This will occur regardless of synchronization settings. |
SYN-916 | Import Folder may fail to import certain documents based on invalid characters in their filename. The Import Folder log will list any documents that fail to import. |
SYN-893 | Parent folder settings cannot be edited once assigned – the repositories must be removed and re-added |
SYN-892 | After uninstall the Repstor
affinity message store remains in Outlook. This is by design, if required the user can remove the Repstor message store manually. |
SYN-891 | Files larger than SharePoint limits will fail to be uploaded and return an error from Repstor. |
SYN-885 | Outlook 2007: When selecting a document without a preview handler, the view document button within the preview page will not launch the document correctly. Choosing View Document from the command bar will launch the document correctly. |
SYN-876 | If the administrative user and windows system locale are different from the Repstor user's locale, problems can occur creating the Repstor repository. Please contact Repstor support to resolve this issue. |
SYN-825 | When Repstor affinity has a lot of folders enabling a repository which has been disabled can take some time before the folders start syncing again. |
SYN-822 | Multi-line text fields are rendered with HTML tags when added as fields in the Outlook column view. |
SYN-817 | Quickfile button is enabled on RSS fields and web page folders |
SYN-812 | Changes to the properties of an item does not trigger a conflict – the last change wins. This is equivalent to standard SharePoint functionality. |
SYN-806 | If the exact same folder is synchronized twice (once as a sub-folder, once directly), the folder will not be presented as a suggested folder. |
SYN-792 | The Repstor protocol handler does not license correctly if two versions of Outlook are installed. |
SYN-756 | Closing outlook during training for categorization appears to show no folders categorized. |
SYN-654 | When creating a new folder in Outlook, repeated synchronization of folders with invalid characters can cause folder synchronization to fail. |
SYN-564 | When resolving a conflict, if the actual content of the file is not changed within the client, selecting "Keep Local Version" will overwrite the content with the new server version content. |
SYN-561 | Editing with no changes in marks items as new when the cancel checkout is synchronized. |
SYN-511 | Reminders are not supported for Repstor items |
SYN-489 | Lookup values are not populated from all docs in a library - they are only populated from the first level of document items. |
SYN-448 | Errors generated when synching fileshares cannot be viewed |
SYN-447 | If an item is dragged and dropped within Repstor from one folder to another which has been deleted server-side, the move will be successful, and the folder will then be deleted by Repstor. The deleted item is moved to the "Local Failures" folder. |
SYN-441 | Users may be prompted to save changes on the properties form when no changes have been made |
SYN-417 | CanAddRepsoitories Registry setting is not honored by Connect to Outlook |
SYN-353 | There is limited (read-only) support for external lists. List items do not display properly in the preview pane. |
SYN-345 | When using Quick Print only the item headers are printed |
SYN-343 | Required multi-choice fields can be saved in Repstor without providing a value. SharePoint will flag missing fields as an error during synchronization. |
SYN-342 | Additional versions are created when Library settings don't demand check out. This will result in versions increasing in twos. |
SYN-287 | Repstor does not support the addition of calendar entries to a repository. |
SYN-284 | Adding or updating an item within Repstor affinity and cancelling the change can result in redundant prompts on existing Outlook. |
SYN-257 | Append only fields are not fully displayed with full history. |
SYN-174 | Secured file shares which prompt for custom credentials can’t be added automatically. Browsing to the share in Windows Explorer or configuring Windows to remember the credentials will allow the file share to be synced. |
SYN-132 | SharePoint Appointment Lists are currently unsupported. |
SYN-83 | When SharePoint items are dragged to Explorer they are saved as an .msg file. To save the associated SharePoint document when selected in Outlook use the File | Save Attachment menu. |
SYN-72 | Synchronized SharePoint custom lists don’t support attachments or related content. |
SYN-71 | Dragging multiple items from a Repstor repository into a different message store will leave user property values on the message. |
SYN-21 | Outlook 2010 and later has a default setting which blocks Repstor working with documents greater than 20MB. Contact support@repstor.com for steps to increase the default size for Outlook 2010. |
SYN-12 | In Outlook 2007, after uninstall an empty toolbar remains in Outlook. Users can delete the empty toolbar by using the Toolbar tab in the Tools | Customize dialog. |
SYN-6 | Files on file shares larger than a defined size are silently skipped during synchronizations |
