New features in 3.1.3 Update
SYN-1781 | Improvements were made to better handle very large files. |
SYN-1778 | A new configuration can be enabled to not show the pending changes warning on shutdown if all the pending changes are errored items. |
SYN-1782 | WorkSite email and document properties are now configurable. |
New features in 3.1.2 Update
SYN-1682 | Affinity now supports the copying and moving of Document Sets. This will move and copy these folders with full properties. Docsets are now recreated in both server side and non server side copies and moves. The document set names and internal field names need to be identical in both SharePoint locations. |
SYN-1678 | The "Sync Now" command will now stop existing syncing before queuing the selected folder. This release also changes the syncing of new repositories: Sub folders of a newly syncing hierarchy will not take precedence over browsed folders, or those where Sync Now is used. |
SYN-1680 | The efficiency and reliability of folder copy and deletion in Repstor Drive has been improved. This new mechanism requires a reboot after the Repstor Drive installation. |
SYN-1681 | It is now possible through extensibility to associate a web page with a parent folder. This web page will take over the main Outlook view on clicking the folder. It is also possible to associate a location url with parent folders. See the extensibility guide for more information. |
SYN-1722 | The Attach Items dialog now shows the documents extensions to help identify the correct item. |
New features in 3.1.1 Update
SYN-1659 | For shared VDI environments it is now possible to disable Repstor affinity for specific users via Group Policy. Contact support for more information. |
SYN-1657 | Added Document Set creation to Outlook 2007. |
Bug Fixes in 3.1.4 Update
SYN-1393 | When editing SharePoint taxonomy fields the terms are now limited to the section of the termset if the managed metadata column is configured just to show a subset of values. |
SYN-1823 | Support is now provided for WorkflowStatus fields in SharePoint lists. These are displayed with the correct value as a choice field. |
SYN-1830 | When taxonomy values are configured so they can't be tagged, Repstor affinity will now not include them in available values |
SYN-1831 | It is now possible to set organizational views on Repstor affinity synchronized folders. This is done through configuration with different views being set depending on folder name matches. Contact Repstor affinity for additional information. |
SYN-1832 | The ability to configure
search scopes so they are limited to a particular site collection is now
possible. This is configured by defining the search scope URL to include the
site collection after the overall URL used for searching. These are separated
by three colons. e.g. http://repstor.sharepoint.com:::http://repstor.sharepoint.com/sites/demo2016 |
Bug Fixes in 3.1.3 Update
SYN-1786 | A Repstor Assist issue was resolved which caused right clicks on folders to be slow when there were many repositories in Outlook. |
SYN-1780 | An issue was resolved related to renaming SharePoint documents before they are initially synced. |
SYN-1770 | An issue has been resolved when adding documents via Repstor Drive with certain filenames for example leading full stop characters or multiple consecutive full stops. |

SYN-1756 | Support is added to display more information on the progress of copying or moving a folder in SharePoint. |
SYN-1743 | An issue was resolved which could cause the "Document has been updated in the server repository" message to be displayed when repeatedly editing SharePoint documents without without making any changes. |
SYN-1742 | An issue was resolved that could occasionally cause editing applications to fail when clicking Edit Document on a Repstor document. |
SYN-1740 | An issue was resolved which could cause the Sync Status icons to indicate there were no local changes when there were document conflicts. |
SYN-1732 | An issue was resolved when saving Office documents directly to Repstor Drive so that the current filename is presented in the Save dialog. |
Bug Fixes in 3.1.2 Update
SYN-1696 | For lookup fields that included calculated columns, the lookup text previously included the type of the calculated field. These lookups are now displayed correctly. |
SYN-1695 | When adding documents to SharePoint, if all characters in the base of the filename were invalid, the file would be added with just the extension. Now the file is added with an Untitled prefix before the extension. |
SYN-1694 | In previous releases, comma was a valid separator for multi-select user and group fields. However, since these can occur within user names, only semicolon is now valid as a separator. |
SYN-1692 | When adding a file from one of the Microsoft Office applications, the default content type would be used even in cases where the default was a document set content type. Now the correct document based content type is applied. |
SYN-1685 | Document libraries created beneath a folder within a site were failing to sync properly at the sub-folder level. This is a rare configuration, but is resolved in this release. |
SYN-1677 | An issue was resolved that SharePoint folders deleted on the server were not removed from Repstor affinity. |
SYN-1607 | The adaptive sync delay - which decreased delays between syncs when no items are downloaded has been increased to avoid undue server pressure. This value can be adjusted through configuration. |
SYN-1509 | When saving a document to Repstor affinity from Word, Repstor assist's categorization will time out if suggested locations can't be determined quickly enough. |
Bug Fixes in 3.1.1 Update
SYN-1676 | Updated Repstor Drive to allow Windows Explorer to display more useful error messages when creating or renaming a file or folder to an unsupported name. |
SYN-1670 | An issue was resolved when using SMIME messages. |
SYN-1662 | When adding documents to a folder, if the default content type was a document set - this could be used as the default content type. In this release, only document content types are chosen. |
SYN-1661 | Resolved an issue when the default SharePoint view was configured to not show folders. |
SYN-1658 | An issue was resolved which blocked folder copies and moves to a parent that already contained a folder with the same name. |
SYN-1656 | There was an issue where SharePoint fields with certain Unicode characters caused columns to be repeatedly added to the Outlook view of a repository folder. Affected repositories must be removed and added again to resolve this issue. |
SYN-1655 | An issue was resolved which could cause syncing fileshare repositories to stop until Outlook was restarted if the user didn't have permissions to a sub folder. |
SYN-1654 | An issue was resolved when using Group Policy to set certain download options on folders. |
SYN-1652 | An issue was resolved when clicking SharePoint's Open in Explorer button while Outlook wasn't running. In some cases this would have caused the additional Repstor Drive options to be hidden on the Add Repository dialog. |
SYN-1649 | Resolved an issue which caused deleting headers in Repstor Drive to silently fail in some cases. |
SYN-1644 | An issue was resolved when attaching Repstor items with invalid filename characters to draft emails. |
SYN-1643 | Fixed an issue when copying header documents via Repstor Drive and server side copy wasn't available. |
New features in 3.1.0 release
SYN-1581 | Support was added to perform direct SharePoint copy/move for documents and folders within Outlook without having to download header contents or have fully synchronized a hierarchy. This is supported within a document library or between document libraries on the same site. It is not supported across document libraries on different sites. |
SYN-1574 | When using Repstor Drive copying and moving documents and folders will do the operation on the server if possible to preserve metadata and avoid downloading headers. |
SYN-1595 | A new download option of "Online Only" is now available at the Repstor repository or folder level. This option provides the "Minimise Local Storage" expiry functionality at more specific levels rather than across all Repstor folders. It causes repository content to be expired soon after it has been accessed to reduce the storage requirements for those folders. |
SYN-1583 | It is now possible to add all the SharePoint document libraries and lists in a site as repositories in a single step. Removing repositories still needs to be done individually for each document library or list and there are limitations when adding these via a Central Repository list. Contact support for more information. |
SYN-1587 | It is now possible to restrict the Parent Folders to a predefined list of options per repository type. |
SYN-1590 | In Outlook 2013 and later SharePoint folders and document sets can now be sorted within the Outlook folder view based on their metadata values. Select the metadata field to sort by the Folder tab under the "Sort child folders by" menu. |
SYN-103 | It is now possible to add SharePoint document sets through the Repstor client. Document sets are displayed in the "Add Document" drop down menu. They are synchronized in Repstor as folders. |
SYN-1591 | Document set properties can now be edited through an online form accessible from within Folder Properties. This replaces the previous read only outlook form which can be reinstated through configuration. |
SYN-1602 | When using Import Folder the log now includes details of the imported items synchronization including if they are renamed. |
SYN-1601 | The list of properties when viewing or editing properties can be restricted to a predefined list through configuration. Contact support for additional information. |
SYN-1608 | Improvements have been made to simplify the messages displayed in the Sync Log window. |
SYN-1611 | When using Repstor Drive it is now possible to override the standard Open in Explorer button on the SharePoint website to open the location via Repstor Drive. |
SYN-1606 | When adding repositories and selecting to open them in Explorer using Repstor Drive a new option can mark the repository to be automatically removed when Outlook is closed if the repository has no local changes. |
SYN-1548 | Send and File can now be configured to copy or move messages by default independently of the generic Quick File dialog. |
SYN-1592 | Selecting "Download Full Items" can be configured to queue downloads within sub folders of the selected folder. |
SYN-1597 | Custom folder names can be configured using the configuration CustomFolderNamingFormat will allow custom folder naming schemes for downloaded sub-folders. This can be used to include document set properties in folder names. The format is: |
<StartsWithContentTypeId>,<format>,<StartsWithContentTypeId2>,<format2>
e.g. | |
0x0120D520,{ows-ID} - {ows-FileLeafRef} - {ows-Client-x0020-Name}
SYN-1605 | Now that Repstor folders are automatically updated in the folder index the reindex folders button has been relocated to the Assist Options dialog. This button was previously on the Quick File / Jump to Folder dialog. |
SYN-1607 | The delay between syncing each queued folder has been reduced when there are no items downloaded. |
SYN-1616 | It is now possible to ignore WorkSite folders which start with a specified prefix so that they are not synchronized. This can be configured to apply only to folders directly below workspaces or to any WorkSite folder. Contact support for additional info. |
SYN-1578 | Worksite role security check has been changed for folders, only DocumentCreate role is needed now, DocumentDelete is no longer required. |
Bug Fixes in 3.1.0 release
SYN-1505 | An issue was resolved which caused some SharePoint / ADFS authentication configurations to fail when used with Repstor affinity. |
SYN-1612 | Errors that occur on downloading of items, will now where possible convert the item to a header-only download. This will avoid blocking further synchronization downloads. |
SYN-1584 | When removing folders or repositories, those locations are now automatically removed from the folder index. This should avoid the need to reindex folders manually for Repstor locations. |
SYN-1619 | Improved error message when URLs of uploaded files exceed SharePoint's limit for the URL length or file name length. |
SYN-1621 | View fields with non-ascii characters were not displaying correctly in the Outlook view. |
SYN-1618 | Support was improved for displaying Outlook messages stored in Repstor which use a custom Outlook form. |
SYN-1596 | Support for running repository property searches across all of Repstor affinity was improved. |
SYN-1604 | The set of characters which should be replaced in SharePoint document filenames is now configurable. |
SYN-1609 | An issue was resolved that could lead to Outlook closing if duplicates were deleted while a dialog was displayed. |
SYN-1610 | An issue was resolved which could lead to new SharePoint documents being marked as conflicts if an event receiver updated the document on addition. |
SYN-1577 | It is now possible to check WorkSite documents for server changes before attempting to edit a document. Registry DWORD value WorkSiteSync.DoOnlineChangesCheck must be set to 1 to enable. |
SYN-1615 | There was an issue where WorkSite documents which contained invalid filename characters like \ in the description did not download their content correctly and you could not view or edit such a document. |
SYN-1620 | An issue was resolved when saving emails with long To/CC fields to WorkSite. |
SYN-1589 | Meridio repository compatibility was improved. |
Outstanding Issues | |
Impact: High | |
SYN-1586 | When using Outlook 2016 with Repstor affinity there was an issue that caused the Windows Search indexer to crash. Microsoft have confirmed this is an issue in Outlook 2016 and are investigating possible resolutions. Repstor affinity will now prevent the crash under Outlook 2016 but this results in Repstor affinity not being searchable within Outlook. Contact support for steps to re-enable Windows Search indexing for Repstor affinity. |
Impact: Medium | |
SYN-1687 | Repstor Drive supports a limited set of characters for the names of Repstor affinity folders and documents. Names containing % will fail to be displayed correctly in Repstor Drive and will not be accessible. If the server repository supports other invisible characters (eg tab, bell, new line) in the filename metadata field these items may also not be accessible in Repstor Drive. |
Functionality for names containing the following characters will be limited / \ : * ? " < > | { } # &. The limited items will fail if copy, move, renamed or added via Drive. However existing items in Repstor affinity with this set of characters can be browsed to and edited.
SYN-1701 | If a document set is configured with shared properties, these properties will be inherited onto contained documents. Currently affinity is not aware of these defaults, so will prompt for missing required properties that would be inherited. However, the correct values are set after a synchronization. To avoid this issue, don't make properties to be inherited from document sets mandatory. |
SYN-1700 | Copies of documents made in the same site will always be the latest version of their source document. If the source document is modified before the copy is synched to the server the modified document may be used for the copy instead of the version of the document when the copy was made. To avoid issues, allow the sync to occur before editing the source or destination document. |
SYN-1627 | On Windows 10 the text in some Repstor notification messages may be truncated. |
SYN-954 | Repstor does not currently support SharePoint standard forms authentication. ADFS authentication is supported. |
SYN-595 | If a large number of items exist within Repstor, or within other message stores, the Outlook "Show In Conversations" can affect overall Outlook performance. This can be avoided by switching off the feature, or setting it to not show messages from other folders. |
SYN-819 | Repstor can appear to hang if while uploading a large number of documents, you remove a different repository. |
SYN-15 | The conflict messages report SharePoint’s internal version numbers when used with SharePoint document libraries which have Checkout required or major/minor versioning enabled. These differ from the user displayed version numbers in SharePoint. |
SYN-340 | When custom lists are synchronized with Rich Text Fields and are displayed in the preview pane, Outlook will move the focus to the rich text field. This stops up/down arrows from working in the Outlook list view. |
SYN-939 | In Outlook 2007 command bar buttons that are too large to be accommodated on the main toolbar can become unclickable. This can be resolved by customizing the command bar and repositioning the buttons. |
SYN-962 | The "Tell me More" links within the Repstor ribbon will display help for Lync. This is a Microsoft issue. The ribbon help should link to information on addins, but has been replaced by the Lync addin. We may workaround this issue in future releases. |
Impact: Low | |
SYN-1749 | Repstor affinity uses Outlook APIs to save emails as .msg files before upload. These Outlook APIs can fail to save specific large emails with many embedded attached emails. Contact support for steps to workaround the issue. |
SYN-1727 | Repstor Drive is prevented from accessing files larger than 50MB by default based on a Windows Explorer configuration setting. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2668751 for information on how to increase this limit. |
SYN-1699 | Copying and moving items within and between repositories will under certain circumstances not prompt for required properties. Any missing properties can be set after the copy. |
SYN-1698 | When a file share folder is renamed, syncing lower folders will fail until the rename is synced to the file share server. The rename will be propagated when the renamed folder's parent is synced. |
SYN-1693 | Repstor Drive includes a new mechanism for more efficient folder copies and deletions. On 64 bit Windows these Drive folder operations are supported within 64 bit applications like Windows Explorer but not within 32 bit applications. |
SYN-1653 | When adding a SharePoint list or document library the current user needs access to the location and also read access to the parent Team Site. |
SYN-1640 | If copying document headers to a Repstor folder in Outlook or via Repstor Drive and server side copies aren't possible Repstor affinity will try to download the headers during the copy operation. If the headers can't be downloaded within a short time the copy operation will fail. |
SYN-1639 | If a newly created repository folder hasn't synced and is copied to another repository folder a server side folder copy will not be done. |
SYN-1638 | If Repstor Drive is used to copy Repstor affinity parent folders into a Repstor affinity repository server side copies of the underlying folders and documents will not be done. |
SYN-1637 | If an expired folder is copied and server side copies are not available only the folder structure will be copied. If server side copies are available Repstor affinity will attempt to copy the expired documents on the server. |
SYN-1636 | Dragging a folder in Outlook to a specific position higher in the folder view using the horizontal bar to position it will cause a folder with the same name to appear in the moved to folder. This drag and drop issue in Outlook causes the new folder to fail to display its contents. Restart Outlook to remove the new broken folder. |
SYN-1634 | If Repstor affinity has deep folder hierarchies "Open in Explorer" will fail to open the folder in Windows Explorer via Repstor Drive. This problem can be avoided by adding the repository at a lower path in the folder structure. |
SYN-1562 | When using Import Folder to import .msg files in bulk to SharePoint the default content type is used in preference to the Email content type. Change the default to the Email content type during the import to workaround this issue. |
SYN-1550 | Copying a document between two folders in Repstor Drive currently doesn't support renaming the document at the same time. |
SYN-1502 | In Outlook 2016 the email preview's toolbar doesn't contain additional Repstor affinity items such as Properties. |
SYN-1459 | The new SharePoint field for selecting people and groups doesn't currently restrict the suggestions to a named group if one is assigned. |
SYN-1444 | The new SharePoint person and group field currently only suggests uniquely named accounts. If there are multiple users or groups with the same display name it will not be possible to select each of them. |
SYN-1439 | In Repstor affinity SharePoint Enterprise Keywords are displayed as read only properties. |
SYN-1425 | When a SharePoint list item is selected Send Link and Copy Link do not generate the correct links. |
SYN-1424 | Email and documents can be added to the top level Repstor affinity folder however these items are not synchronized. |
SYN-1405 | When working with documents via Repstor Drive Windows Explorer can display unhelpful messages. More useful messages will be displayed when possible depending on the operation. |
SYN-1393 | When editing SharePoint taxonomy fields all terms in the term set are shown even if the field is limited to a section of the term set. |
SYN-1391 | SharePoint terms created in Repstor are not displayed in other locations until an item with the new term as a property value has been synced. |
SYN-1390 | When adding new terms to a SharePoint open termset, the new term can only be added under an already synced term. This prevents term hierarchies from being created quickly in Repstor. |
SYN-1354 | Due to a limitation in the WorkSite SDK it is possible for multiple updates on a document within a second to appear as a single change. Although this is unlikely it could lead to the local WorkSite document being out of date. |
SYN-1334 | It is not currently possible to rename SharePoint list items within Repstor Drive. |
SYN-1299 | Accessing Repstor via WebDAV isn't supported for multiple concurrent users on the same machine such as Remote Desktop or other VDI technology. |
SYN-1269 | When synchronizing SharePoint documents and emails they are the items which match the default view's filter criteria. |
SYN-1231 | SharePoint document shortcuts are not currently supported. |
SYN-1230 | Viewing SharePoint 2013 / SharePoint online record shortcuts requires the Open in Client setting is enabled on the document library. |
SYN-1226 | After activating a license Outlook must be restarted to enable some Repstor functionality. |
SYN-1167 | Currently it is not possible to add SharePoint document library folders which have a "." character in their name as a top level repository in Repstor. |
SYN-1159 | Currently it is not possible to convert Excel or PowerPoint documents directly to PDFs in Repstor. This can be done by saving a PDF in a standard directory and dragging the file into a Repstor folder. |
SYN-1158 | Connect to Outlook fails to add SharePoint Calendars via the standard Outlook functionality. |
SYN-1138 | To add SharePoint repositories the user requires these permission levels at the Team Site and Document Library or List level. |
Use Remote Interfaces - Use SOAP, Web DAV, the Client Object Model or SharePoint Designer interfaces to access the Web site.
Use Client Integration Features - Use features which launch client applications. Without this permission, users will have to work on documents locally and upload their changes.
SYN-1130 | When saving as a new Repstor affinity document the name of the file is incorrectly shown as the original file name in Word |
SYN-1109 | If the Signals add in is being used it will prevent presentation of metadata forms and will impact certain Repstor actions such as preventing saving using Quick File from Word or presentation of metadata forms when mandatory fields are not completed |
SYN-1105 | When copying folders in Repstor if server side copies are not available only the currently synchronized sub folders and documents will be copied to the new location. |
SYN-1035 | Saving a document from Word to an existing Repstor folder which contains a document of the same name will fail if the document in Repstor is currently synchronized as a header. |
SYN-1029 | WorkSite documents that are declared as records will not be deleted by Repstor. The documents will appear to be deleted, but in the next synchronization will reappear. |
SYN-1018 | Header only synchronization will only download the minimum of information initially. For emails, this information will be populated from Email Submission fields, or if those aren't available then from the SharePoint properties. this can lead to headers being displayed with incorrect "From" or "Received" fields. Downloading the complete full items will set the fields correctly. |
SYN-1004 | Adding a new column to a SharePoint view can take a long time to synchronize with the Repstor affinity view. Resynchronizing the entire repository can resolve this issue. |
SYN-971 | If a batch of items is downloaded, but the synchronization is requeued to get the next batch, the status within the folder synchronization can indicate download is complete. It does not show the fact that further downloads are queued. |
SYN-943 | With duplicate detection enabled, when importing a folder which contains duplicates, you receive a duplicate warning for each duplicate detected. Future releases will limit the duplication prompts. |
SYN-937 | For Repstor assist, incoming messages will not be matched to existing Repstor documents until training has occurred for the first time. |
SYN-929 | Property validation for number fields will not localize the display of number formats. They will be displayed in SharePoint's native format. |
SYN-925 | If Send Link is chosen for an item in a custom (non-document) list, the URL generated will be incorrect. |
SYN-918 | When folders are created within Outlook, they will be created as soon as possible within the target Repository. This will occur regardless of synchronization settings. |
SYN-916 | Import Folder may fail to import certain documents based on invalid characters in their filename. The Import Folder log will list any documents that fail to import. |
SYN-894 | OneNote content is not supported for content synchronization. |
SYN-893 | Parent folder settings cannot be edited once assigned – the repositories must be removed and re-added |
SYN-892 | After uninstall the Repstor affinity message store remains in Outlook. |
This is by design, if required the user can remove the Repstor message store manually.
SYN-891 | Files larger than SharePoint limits will fail to be uploaded and return an error from Repstor. |
SYN-885 | Outlook 2007: When selecting a document without a preview handler, the view document button within the preview page will not launch the document correctly. Choosing View Document from the command bar will launch the document correctly. |
SYN-876 | If the administrative user and windows system locale are different from the Repstor user's locale, problems can occur creating the Repstor repository. Please contact Repstor support to resolve this issue. |
SYN-825 | When Repstor affinity has a lot of folders enabling a repository which has been disabled can take some time before the folders start syncing again. |
SYN-822 | Multi-line text fields are rendered with HTML tags when added as fields in the Outlook column view. |
SYN-817 | Quickfile button is enabled on RSS fields and web page folders |
SYN-812 | Changes to the properties of an item does not trigger a conflict – the last change wins. This is equivalent to standard SharePoint functionality. |
SYN-806 | If the exact same folder is synchronized twice (once as a sub-folder, once directly), the folder will not be presented as a suggested folder. |
SYN-792 | The Repstor protocol handler does not license correctly if two versions of Outlook are installed. |
SYN-756 | Closing outlook during training for categorization appears to show no folders categorized. |
SYN-654 | When creating a new folder in Outlook, repeated synchronization of folders with invalid characters can cause folder synchronization to fail. |
SYN-564 | When resolving a conflict, if the actual content of the file is not changed within the client, selecting "Keep Local Version" will overwrite the content with the new server version content. |
SYN-561 | Editing with no changes in marks items as new when the cancel checkout is synchronized. |
SYN-511 | Reminders are not supported for Repstor items |
SYN-489 | Lookup values are not populated from all docs in a library - they are only populated from the first level of document items. |
SYN-448 | Errors generated when synching fileshares cannot be viewed |
SYN-447 | If an item is dragged and dropped within Repstor from one folder to another which has been deleted server-side, the move will be successful, and the folder will then be deleted by Repstor. The deleted item is moved to the "Local Failures" folder. |
SYN-441 | Users may be prompted to save changes on the properties form when no changes have been made |
SYN-417 | CanAddRepsoitories Registry setting is not honored by Connect to Outlook |
SYN-353 | There is limited (read-only) support for external lists. List items do not display properly in the preview pane. |
SYN-345 | When using Quick Print only the item headers are printed |
SYN-343 | Required multi-choice fields can be saved in Repstor without providing a value. SharePoint will flag missing fields as an error during synchronization. |
SYN-342 | Additional versions are created when Library settings don't demand check out. This will result in versions increasing in twos. |
SYN-287 | Repstor does not support the addition of calendar entries to a repository. |
SYN-284 | Adding or updating an item within Repstor affinity and cancelling the change can result in redundant prompts on existing Outlook. |
SYN-257 | Append only fields are not fully displayed with full history. |
SYN-174 | Secured file shares which prompt for custom credentials can’t be added automatically. Browsing to the share in Windows Explorer or configuring Windows to remember the credentials will allow the file share to be synced. |
SYN-132 | SharePoint Appointment Lists are currently unsupported. |
SYN-83 | When SharePoint items are dragged to Explorer they are saved as an .msg file. To save the associated SharePoint document when selected in Outlook use the File | Save Attachment menu. |
SYN-72 | Synchronized SharePoint custom lists don’t support attachments or related content. |
SYN-71 | Dragging multiple items from a Repstor repository into a different message store will leave user property values on the message. |
SYN-21 | Outlook 2010 and later has a default setting which blocks Repstor working with documents greater than 20MB. Contact support@repstor.com for steps to increase the default size for Outlook 2010. |
SYN-12 | In Outlook 2007, after uninstall an empty toolbar remains in Outlook. Users can delete the empty toolbar by using the Toolbar tab in the Tools | Customize dialog. |
SYN-6 | Files on file shares larger than a defined size are silently skipped during synchronizations |
